Dev Kharoud is a Punjabi Actor and Comedian associated with Punjabi Flim Industry. He was born in a Sikh family on 22 April 1990 and his birthplace is Patiala, Punjab, India. He completed his graduation from Punjabi University, Patiala. Dev Kharoud is unmarried.

Dev started his career as a theatre artist and played various roles on stage and also worked in daily soaps for the Doordarshan Jalandhar channel.
His first movie was ”Hassar” appearing with Babbu Maan and later appeared in Punjabi teleserials with Bhagwant Mann.
In 2012, he was in the news for essaying a character inspired by Balwant Singh Rajoana in the movie ”Sadda Haq”.
He appeared in the ”Rupinder Gandhi” in 2015, which was a blockbuster movie for the Punjabi Industry.
After the Rupinder Gandhi movie, Dev’s career was changed from a comedian to a serious and action actor.
After that, he played the lead role in ”Dakuan Da Munda”, a movie based on the autobiography of gangster-turned-writer ‘Mintu Gurusaria’.
