Garry Sandhu is a Punjabi singer, lyricist, and actor associated with Punjabi Music Industry. He was born in a Sikh family on 04 April 1984 and his birthplace is Village Rurka Kalan, Phillaur, Jalandhar, Punjab. His height is about 6′ 0”. He completed his schooling from Govt. Sandhu was an average teenager in studies and often used to bunk his classes, which lead him to face problem in his life.
After completing his high school education, his family’s finical condition was not so good then he moved to the UK in the search of work but opted for his visa in some illegal way.
Garry made his singing debut in 2010 with the song ”Main Ni Peenda” but his singer personality was noticed by the UK government.
After few years, he was arrested by the UK police and jailed for 4 days after he was deemed to have been living in the country illegally and later eventually deported to India.
While Garry was serving a jail term of 4 days in the UK, he penned the song ”Din Raat Soniya Ve Teri Yaad Satave” which went on to become a huge hit.
In 2012, he won the Best Debut Vocalist Male award for Sahan To Piyariya song at PTC Punjabi Music Awards.
After his success, he created his own record label ”Fresh Media Records” under which he released his songs with many other artists.
After that, Garry has also launched a clothing line ”Fresh” which has its physical stores in Jalandhar, Amritsar, Bathinda, and more.
In 2019, his song ”Yeah Baby” was released in a Bollywood film ”De De Pyaar De” as Hauli Hauli, and another song ”Illegal Weapon 2.0” in Street Dancer 3.
