Maninder Buttar is a Punjabi singer, lyricist, and music composer associated with Punjabi Music Industry. He is born in a Sikh family on 01 August 1992 and his birthplace is Kalanwali City, Sirsa, Haryana. His height is about 5′ 8”. Buttar has done his education till High School. Maninder studied until high school and didn’t go to college, but later on, he faced a problem getting a work visa for different countries and all the visas got rejected.
After that, he moved to Chandigarh and started working as a waiter in a hotel and after few years he meets Sharry Maan and makes a single track ”Naaran te Sankaran” song.
In 2015, his song ”Yaari” was nominated for Most Popular Song in PTC Punjabi Music Awards.
In 2018, shortly after the release of Sakhiyaan, the song became the number one song on the Punjabi Most Popular charts compiled by Gaana, and remained there through November 2018, and at number two through December.
His 2018 song ”Sakhiyaan” has gathered a total of over 480 million views on YouTube.
Maninder Buttar has also been noted for his collaboration with numerous other Indian musicians, including the likes of Raftaar in the song Gall Goriye, Neha Kakkar, and Ammy Virk.
In 2019, Spotify included Buttar in the list of the most popular artists in Punjab along with Sidhu Moose Wala and Karan Aujla.
On April 01, 2021, he releases his first album ”Jugni” on White Hill Music, album contains nine tracks, and music is given by Mix Singh.
