Sofia Parveen is a Punjabi model and worked in many Punjabi Songs. She was born in 1993 and his birthplace is Punjab, India. His height is about 5′ 10”. She is a graduate in Eng. Hons.

During those days she used to take part in many activities, Ramp shows, singing contests, beauty contests. Her professors used to push her by saying “you have a good height, sharp features, good personality, you should go for pageants and into acting, its made for you u should go for it“, coz of that she started modeling and acting. 

Sofia Parveen spent 7 years into theatre dramas, in the national level, she also won the best actress award in theatre, Sofia also started writing back those days, she wrote few scripts and won the best writer award at the National level twice!! She was the youngest writer who got the award in best drama Named “Aurat“, based on the journey of women. Then, after that, Sofia moved to Mumbai from her hometown and started her carrier. She has done so many assignments and still doing in the modeling industry and done some music videos too!!
